T’s & C’s
Worknet T’s & C’s
These terms govern use of Worknet Marketing & Investments, its services, Mini Adz marketplace, client accounts, vendor accounts and freelancer network.
1. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep usernames and passwords secure and must not use another person’s account.
2. Services, Quotes & Payments
Displayed service prices are based on the approved Worknet service catalogue. Custom or quotation-based work may require a formal quote. Unless a written exception is agreed, Worknet normally requires a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% on completion.
3. Package Builder
Package Builder totals are estimates until Worknet reviews the request and issues a formal quotation where required. Submitting a package does not by itself create a binding service contract.
4. Mini Adz Vendors
Vendor applications are subject to approval. Vendors are responsible for accurate product information, stock, lawful ownership and compliance with applicable product restrictions. Worknet may reject or remove products.
5. Product Condition, Returns & Refunds
Products must be described accurately, including relevant used or pre-owned condition. Returns and refunds are handled according to the applicable product policy, statutory rights and the circumstances of the transaction. Customers retain rights provided by applicable South African law.
6. Vendor Payments
Customer payments for Mini Adz orders are collected by Worknet first. Worknet records vendor amounts and pays approved vendors according to the marketplace arrangement. Vendor payment records are visible only to the relevant vendor and authorized Worknet administrators.
7. Freelancers
Freelancer applications are reviewed before approval. Freelancers must protect client information, meet agreed deadlines, avoid misconduct and follow Worknet instructions. Standard freelancer remuneration is 50% of the applicable allocated client line item unless an authorized Worknet administrator records a different arrangement.
8. Intellectual Property
Users may not copy, reproduce or misuse Worknet branding, website content or another party’s intellectual property without permission.
9. POPIA & Privacy
Personal information is handled for legitimate business purposes and protected using reasonable administrative and technical measures. Sensitive account information is not made public.
10. Cookies & Security
Worknet and its required plugins may use cookies for login, shopping, preferences, security and site functionality.
11. Third Parties
Payment gateways, shipping providers, hosting providers, WooCommerce and other third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Liability & Complaints
Worknet will take reasonable steps to provide services and operate the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or outcomes outside its reasonable control. Complaints should be submitted to Christelle at christelle@worknetmarketing.co.za.
13. South African Law
These terms are governed by applicable South African law and do not remove statutory rights.
